CES has a broad set of policies in place to benefit our employees. Below you will find the details of our paid time off, maternity and paternity leave, and company holiday policies.
PTO may be used for vacation, sick time, or for other personal reasons. PTO is accrued at the rates below.

Note: Increased PTO will begin at the start of each calendar year. Some states, counties, or cities have laws that regulate accrual and use of PTO. In those locations, to the extent of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control.
CES promotes family values and wants to nurture those values. That’s why we offer the opportunity for the employee to be paid for time off associated with the birth of a child or the initial placement of a child for adoption.
Up to a maximum of five paid weeks in a 12-month period.
Up to a maximum of one week paid in a 12-month period.
